  • Describe your less, low or high statement (development path, substitutions, final specifications)
  • Point out the undesirable ingredients left out or included in high percentages
  • Present any claims shown on the package
  • Refer to similar products in the market that include he undesirable ingredients in their formula
  • Present the production and packing method that ensures food safety, shelf life stability and product quality. Refer to your verification plan
  • Evaluate the impact to a healthy diet
  • Describe the way you communicate your less, low or high strategy to the inerested parties and the market
  • Refer to any distinctions you have achieved or goals you have accomplished till now
