Category Eligibility
All companies having done remarkable work in producing and marketing traditional products of local or national impact promoting food culture throughout the world are eligible.

- Describe the traditional product you produce or handle or promote (history, specifications, production flow diagram)
- Point out the special characteristics
- Refer to similar successful traditional products
- How heritage and food culture are served
- Evaluate the impact to local economy and gastronomic tourism
- Describe the way you communicate your product and loyalty to tradition to the inerested parties and the market
- Refer to any distinctions you have achieved or goals you have accomplished till now
