To encourage and reward food sector companies and private sector education / training organizations that design, offer and implement high standard, innovative and exceptional food related training for individuals. This includes food safety, food technology, food science, nutrition, sensory analysis, cleaning and disinfection, customer care, customer experience, gastronomy and food production schemes of 4 hours and more.

Category Eligibility

 

All companies and private sector education / training organizations performing remarkable work in designing, offering and implementing training schemes (dutration form 4hours to 4years) about critical food topics (food safety, food technology, food science, nutrition, sensory analysis, cleaning and disinfection, customer care, customer experience and food production) throughout the world are eligible.

  • Describe your training scheme (topics, modules, methodology) considered to be exceptional
  • What are the training objectives set
  • Give the trainer and the trainee profile
  • Discribe the trainee's assessment
  • Describe the training's scheme evaluation program
  • Point out your award deserving training scheme stong points
  • Describe the way you communicate this training scheme in your company and/or the public
  • Refer to public and influencers opinion (articles, comments in social media and reviews in evaluation platforms like Google My Business, Yelp, TripAdvisor, OpenTable, etc)
  • Refer to any distinctions you have achieved or goals you have accomplished till now
