  • Describe your concept considered to be exceptional
  • Point out the advantages in terms of innovation, productivity, quality, safety, economy, sustainability, etc
  • Refer to similar projects internationally
  • Describe the way your communicate your award deserving food service concept
  • Refer to public and influencers opinion (articles, comments in social media and reviews in evaluation platforms like Google My Business, Yelp, TripAdvisor, OpenTable, etc)
  • Refer to any distinctions you have achieved or goals you have accomplished till now
